Stephen W. Sheppard, Ed.D.
Dr. Sheppard is a highly accomplished leader with over four decades of extensive experience spanning higher education administration, human resources management, business strategy, and telecommunications engineering, demonstrating a proven track record of success in driving institutional transformation and fostering excellence.
He holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Leadership from The University of the West Indies, a Master of Science in Customer Service Management from Leicester University, an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) from The University of the West Indies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Edinburgh Napier University. Additionally, Dr. Sheppard possesses an Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering from the City and Guilds of London Institute, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Currently, Dr. Sheppard serves as an Adjunct Lecturer and Consultant at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, a Thesis Supervisor at the University of Bedfordshire, and the Principal Consultant at CSS Consulting Ltd. His key skills and expertise encompass organizational diagnosis, higher education administration, strategic planning and leadership, human resource management, general management, change management, customer service management, and quality management.
Dr. Sheppard was appointed to the Board of THA Venture Capital Equity Fund Co. Ltd. in June 2025.
