Mrs. Mary-Ann Leonce

Mary-Ann Brathwaite-Leonce is a highly skilled professional with more than fifteen years of experience in management consultancy. She is Director of the Management Services Unit (MSU) in the Office of the Chief Secretary, Tobago House of Assembly (THA). The MSU is responsible for providing management consultancy services to all Divisions and agencies operating within the THA with the goal being to optimize management and operational efficiencies.

Mrs. Brathwaite-Leonce attained her BSc. in Accounting Specialization from the University of the West Indies (UWI), St. Augustine in 2001.  She furthered her studies at the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business from which she attained an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and graduated with distinction in 2008. Mrs. Brathwaite-Leonce has over ten years’ experience in Accounting, Business Process Re-engineering and Organizational Development. Mrs. Brathwaite-Leonce has a passion for capacity building and the professional development of management and staff of institutions in Tobago.
