Mr. Al Kerr

Al Kerr is a seasoned construction and project management professional with over twenty-two (22) years of experience in the industry within the public sector and related bodies. His extensive career has been marked by a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Mr. Kerr currently holds a supervisory position in the Ministry of Works and Transport.

With a solid foundation in civil engineering, surveying, project management, and construction from the University of the West Indies (UWI) School of Continuing Studies and the Institute of Commercial Management, Mr. Kerr has held roles increasing in responsibility throughout his career. His expertise spans a wide range of projects, including public buildings, roads, bridges, and housing developments. His deep understanding of construction processes, coupled with his strong leadership and interpersonal skills, has enabled him to successfully manage large-scale projects and teams. His commitment to quality and safety has been instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Throughout his career, Al has consistently demonstrated his ability to adapt to new challenges and embrace innovative solutions. His strong technical background, proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders combined with his strategic thinking, makes him a valuable asset to any organization. Mr. Kerr was appointed to the Board of THA Venture Capital Equity Fund Limited in June 2024.
