Ms. Shenell Felix

Shenell Felix is a visionary marketing strategist, development consultant, and television host dedicated to driving economic growth, social transformation, and impactful storytelling. With over a decade of cross-sector experience, she currently serves as a Director on the Venture Capital Equity Fund Co. Ltd. Board of the Tobago House of Assembly, where she helps shape forward-thinking investment strategies to support entrepreneurship and innovation across Tobago. Shenell previously served as the Country Coordinator for Trinidad and Tobago with RTI International in partnership with USAID, where she worked extensively with NGOs to develop sustainable social enterprises and facilitate access to grant funding. Her work empowered grassroots organizations to scale their impact, build economic resilience, and serve vulnerable communities more effectively. She is also the Founder of Communication Development Company (CDC), an integrated marketing and communications agency that specializes in transforming consumer data into actionable insights to guide the execution of high-impact campaigns. Under her leadership, CDC is poised to disrupt the Caribbean communications landscape through innovation, technology, and strategic brand storytelling. In addition to her leadership and consulting work, Shenell is a well-known television host, recognized for her sharp interviewing style and her ability to amplify stories of culture, entrepreneurship, and community change. She brings a compelling on-screen presence and deep communication expertise to every platform she touches. Ms. Felix holds a Master’s degree in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam and is deeply committed to advancing equity, empowerment, and sustainable development across the region.
